The build is a one-time cost. To run the brand after launch, plan for two types of ongoing cost.
Platform: WellieMD is billed separately at $2,000 setup and $1,500/mo, starting once your build begins. Lumi Funnels (CRM, funnels, automations) is $499/mo and activates around week 5.
Cost of goods: like any telehealth brand, you also cover the variable costs of fulfilling orders. That includes medication and pharmacy costs, prescribing provider fees, and payment processing fees. These are paid directly to your pharmacy, your providers, and your payment processor, and they scale with your order volume. They are not part of the GrowPro build or platform fees.
