Fast Track Timeline Terms: The accelerated timeline runs only while your side is fully executed. You must provide accurate, complete, final information at onboarding and respond to all requests within 48 hours, including correct legal business name, matching bank and processing documents, finalized business address, and any compliance materials we request. Changes to these details after onboarding, incomplete or incorrect documents, or delayed responses will pause your timeline until resolved; paused time does not count against the Fast Track clock. Some steps depend on third parties outside our control, including payment processors, LegitScript, pharmacy partners, and banking review; where a third party's review time extends the build, your timeline extends by that amount and this is not a missed timeline. If your build is delayed solely due to our team's performance and your side and all third-party steps were executed on time, we will provide a content credit of 30 SEO blog posts, 30 social media graphics, and 10 AI avatar videos, delivered after launch. This content credit is the sole remedy for a Fast Track timeline miss. Fast Track fees are non-refundable.
